1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SimpleVetCare website (simplevetcare.com, the "Site") and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Nature of Services — We Are Not a Direct Lender
Financing availability, amounts, and terms vary by state and are determined entirely by the third-party providers in our network. Submitting a request through our platform does not guarantee an offer or approval. All financing products presented are subject to eligibility verification, credit review by the provider, and applicable state law.
This Site is not intended for use in jurisdictions where the services of our network providers are not legally authorized. By using this Site, you represent that you are accessing it from a jurisdiction where use is permitted.
3. Financial Disclosures
Financing Terms: Repayment periods offered by third-party network providers range from a minimum of 10 months to a maximum of 18 months.
APR Range: Annual Percentage Rates range dynamically from 9.95% to 35.99% based on individual underwriting review by the final provider, your creditworthiness, financing amount, and state of residence. Your exact APR will be disclosed by the third-party provider prior to signing any agreement.
Example: A $1,000 financing plan at 24.99% APR repaid over 12 monthly installments results in a total repayment of approximately $1,128.00. This is an example only provided for illustrative purposes. Actual terms are set by the third-party provider and will differ. From third-party network providers based on eligibility ($500–$5,000).
Fees: Late fees, NSF fees, and any other charges are determined solely by the third-party provider and will be disclosed in their agreement before you sign. SimpleVetCare does not collect or set these fees.
Prepayment: Most network providers impose no prepayment penalties. Confirm prepayment terms with your specific provider.
State Restrictions & Eligibility: Financing options are subject to provider credit approval, income verification, and state eligibility requirements. Not all applicants will qualify. Financing is not available in all states as determined by each provider.
4. Text Message Communications Policy
By providing your mobile phone number and submitting a request or opt-in form, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS and MMS) from SimpleVetCare related to your matching request, account status, and customer service communications. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of text message communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent, except as required by law.

We do not sell or share your mobile number with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Electronic Communications Consent
By using this Site and submitting a financing request, you consent to receive all communications, disclosures, and platform-related agreements electronically. Any financing agreements and TILA disclosures are provided by and governed by the third-party provider, not SimpleVetCare. You have the right to receive paper copies from the provider upon request.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SimpleVetCare or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
This Site and its content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. SimpleVetCare does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. SimpleVetCare makes no warranty regarding the availability, terms, or suitability of any financing offer provided by third-party network providers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimpleVetCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, our matching services, or any financing product or agreement entered into with a third-party provider.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes relating to this Site or these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts or through binding arbitration as specified in any applicable provider agreement, to the extent applicable.
